From the first winter bloom to your summer table, follow the careful, organic lifecycle of a Bhagalpuri Jardalu.
As the crisp winter transitions into early spring, the Jardalu orchards burst into tiny, fragrant yellow-green blossoms. Careful pruning and natural soil enrichment prepare the trees for a healthy season.
The blossoms drop, leaving behind tiny green mangoes. We aggressively protect the crop using organic pest repellents (like neem oil) rather than harsh chemical sprays, ensuring the raw fruit develops safely.
We wait patiently for the "tapka" stage—when the mango is mature enough to snap easily from the branch. Using traditional plucked nets, farmers carefully harvest the fruit to avoid ground impact and bruising.

Zero harmful chemicals are used. The harvested mangoes are dunked in clean water to remove sap, gently wiped, and laid in eco-friendly hay-lined boxes. Within 48 hours, they are dispacthed to your doorstep, ripening naturally in transit.
