1. Shipping Protocol

We prioritize freshness. Our Bhagalpuri Jardalu mangoes are hand-picked, washed, and packed only when they reach the perfect harvesting maturity.

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of harvesting.
• Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in India.
• You will receive a tracking link via email once your box leaves our orchards.

2. Safe Packaging

Our mangoes are delicate. We pack them securely in eco-friendly hay and well-ventilated corrugated boxes to ensure they breathe and arrive unbruised.

3. Returns and Refunds

Because mangoes are highly perishable goods, we do not accept general returns. However, your satisfaction with our premium GI-tagged harvest is our priority.

• If your package arrives severely damaged or delayed beyond reasonable transit times leading to spoilage, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photographs of the box and the damaged fruit to hello@aammangoes.com.
• Eligible cases will be offered a replacement box or a full refund.
